Job responsibilities:

●    The position is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients
●    Manage and lead business development activities to drive new revenue
●    Create effective approaches to closing new business
●    Understand the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of Boffin's services
●    Promote and educate clients regarding Boffin's services
●    Manage and control pricing and contractual issues
●    Manage day-to-day relationship with client on business cooperation matters
●    Facilitate effective communication between the clients and the production team, resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner
●    Proactively identify and solve problems


●    3+ years of experience in project management, translation or engineering in translation and localization industry
●    Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
●    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
●    Between 2-4 years of sales or account management experience
●    Effective time management skills
●    Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
●    Strong interpersonal skills
●    Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success


●    Foreign language experience is preferred
